Judges will have an opportunity to view the semi-finalist entries in both the Film and Writing categories. After careful consideration, they will vote on which ONE, in each category, was the Best of the Best. The screenplay with the highest number of winning votes will be awarded the top Writing prize of $1000.
The short and feature length films with the highest number of votes will become finalists and be screened. The number of films that will be screened depends on the run time of the winning entries. At the screening, the judges will decide the winner of the top Film prize of $1000.
